My dharma (mission of life)

Sharing, transmitting, accepting oneself as well as caring for oneself.

I try to transmit everything I have learned from my experiences through my yoga practice with adults and children.

My mantra: connection
The connection and relationship between body and spirit, as well as nature and the universal energies that bind us all.

How I got started

I discovered yoga in 2016 and like many people, at a time when I was lost. I felt the need to get my life back on track. I was 22 years old, utterly disconnected from my body while struggling with many health problems.

The first time I practiced yoga, I cried openly on my mat… Yoga created space in my body and heart, I began to feel the benefits it bestowed upon me: balance, a reconnection to nature, freedom and movement, but above all a path to myself.. All of this, yoga had made possible.

This beautiful discovery led me to a new path and made me realize many things. In 2019 I quit my job: it was a big leap into the void and I finally dedicated myself to this new way of life.

At the beginning of 2020, I registered to do a Hatha yoga teacher training. The desire, the need to share and initiate the wonderful tools of yoga with others was my fuel. Now, I guide people to help them find their true nature.

Hatha yoga for all

My yoga practice is based on traditional Hatha yoga with a softer approach mixing a dynamic flow; the fluidity of conscious breathing and Nidra yoga.

Hatha yoga is a tool that promotes complete well-being and therefore protects against certain bodily and mental illnesses. This will allow you to practice as long as possible without hurting yourself.

Curious and passionate about yoga and meditation, I open myself to different styles and train myself continuously.

In my opinion, yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of the physical aspect or your state of fitness (flexibility, age, roundness, etc.).

My Vision:  YOUR BODY. YOUR YOGA.

Based on these 3 values:
~ Finding inner strength and building self-confidence
~ Being present rather than seeking performance
~ Increasing well-being by listening to your body

I am passionate about nature, its elements and cycles; all these inspire me to create my yoga classes. I love to integrate these into my practice and meditations.
